Camp Team Building Projects
I have been invited to lead large team building workshops during camp staff weeks in order to build community and create meaningful projects for the camp as a whole. Examples shared below include:
Ramah Rocks: Counselors each painted two rocks, one with supportive messages for each other that were then installed outside the staff lounge and one with messages for campers that were hidden around camp to surprise/delight those who found them.
Shabbat Gate: Staff contributed to the design and painting of a new gate installed at camp that has one image (on each side) during the week, and that is expanded to add new imagery during Shabbat.
