Therapeutic Art Workshops
I began offering therapeutic art based workshops for caregivers/front line workers in response to the emotions and experiences we have faced during the pandemic. Years later, the anxiety around the pandemic may have faded but the anxiety people are feeling around world events and general overwhelm continue to challenge us. In recent years I have been facilitating therapeutic art experiences for parents, teens, educators, organizations, caregivers in Ukraine, people affected by war, and the general community, for both artists and non-artists. The workshops offer an opportunity to pause, connect, and create inner emotional space through supportive art making processes. Workshop themes include self-care, resilience, mindfulness, connection, and stress reduction. No prior art experience is necessary. These workshops are for everyone and can take place in-person or via Zoom. Reach out to Tova directly to find out more…
